Relaxing Stay for Couples

The breakfast was awesome, had everything you could possibly want, fresh and tasty. And I especially appreciated the sax player on Christmas Day, he added a nice touch to the morning ambiance.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was acceptable for what we got.

I booked a guest room with central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV...

Fairly clean hotel, the staff was pretty friendly and amicable.

the room was beautifully upgraded with modern feel and available with terrace. the breakfast was incredible for fresh eggs, and the pool was great. the hotel's location was favourable and beautiful to the marina in benalmadena. and we were very close to malaga which has a lot to do picasso museum, all the pools and a taxi from airport and short journey.

Flawless and clean accommodation with great and fab location right by the main street of Calle St Miguel, sea, and local restaurants. Fresh food plus lovely and kind staff. Bright, fantastic room with an amazing bathroom. A wide range of products for a lovely and great breakfast. A fabulous way to end my trip.

It was perfect for our aging parents as a location and with its facilities.Easy access to prom, beach, bus and railway station.Excellent entertainment. Friendly staff and a great holiday (and a great happy hour !). Gala evening and being waited on was terrific.

The check-in process took ages, even with online procedures!!! The noise levels in dining areas were unbearable at peak times. Consider better crowd management and perhaps a redesign of those areas to offer more comfort!!!

Was not easy to find the hotel initially

The staff efficiently assisted in setting up my meeting space, ensuring all equipment was in place for my presentations. The dining options were commendable, with a wide selection of fresh dishes, particularly at breakfast with a variety of fruits and pastries. The location was convenient, being just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants.

Room quality could be improved.

Rooms felt a bit cramped, especially with beds pushed together , made for awkward sleeping arrangements. The dining area could get overcrowded during peak hours, leading to longer wait times for seating. Connectivity issues with the Wi-Fi were present. Some areas of the hotel showed signs of wear and could use freshening up, such as outdated furniture and minor maintenance needs.

The pools were a big hit with the kids, and we loved the outdoor bowling green. Room had lovely views of the pool and nice garden vibes. The beach was just steps away and perfect for family fun.

Lovely family suite with great pools. Food quality could be better.

The staff at the pool bar were super friendly and made our afternoons enjoyable. Keep an eye out for the photographer since he can be quite persistent.

The kids loved the varied evening entertainment, especially the Lion King show. Daily poolside activities kept us engaged, providing nice family moments.
